Rough week mentally

Some days/weeks are better vs others. I can't explain why in words because it is just the way my brain works and how my mind and body react.

So today i sat outside listening to various YouTube videos, inspirational ones, motivational, epilepsy foundation, calming ones, name it I was outside probably about an hour, just sitting and letting the sun shine on my face.

I then came in, did chores, while still listening to various music, and lead me to make my body feel better which most of the time makes my mind feel better too. Then it was my dr required rest time of all outlets turned off from 1-2:30pm.

I sent a few YouTube videos to my boys and wanted their incite as I admire their DRIVE to reach their individual goals. I said select the one you think relates to yourselves and our family and our journey.

Bryce to always be his best in his ERAU Honors classes and clubs. Striving to have his group club project potentially be chosen for a NASA contest in TX, all while wanting to study abroad come summer.

Broc being injured since fall college baseball season began, but never letting that detour his dream of being the best student/ baseball player he can possibly be. Still lifting and doing drills he can do, lifting his teammates up even when not playing at games. Coming from always playing every inning, I know it took guts for him.

It is my family that inspires me daily to push through no matter how hard things get. So I asked my boys about those few YouTube videos which they felt should be shared. Take a watch below (It's only 71/2 minutes long) Then think about how does it resonate with you.

Thankful Thursday teaches you what are YOU grateful for?

I am grateful for rest days and waffles on Sundays. I am grateful for wisdom earned on the other side of heartbreak. I am grateful for YOU as you continue to inspire me. Thank you for sharing this video. I recently started up my gratitude journaling practice again, it never disappoints!

Those things sound wonderful! I listened to 3 videos and that’s the one the boys picked that they felt connected to our family situation. The log really does help too!! 💜❤️
